Surroundings and Location

Our villa is built on the famous wine estate Diemersfontein, situated between Wellington and Paarl. The property has a 24-hour security service, a restaurant and wine tasting.

Nearby are various outdoor sports facilities, such as horse riding, mountain biking, hiking, etc. Within a 15 minutes drive there are several golf courses, including Pearl Valley and Boschenmeer. Six other golf courses can be reached within 45 minutes drive.

There is a shopping center within 2 minutes, and doctors, hospitals, banks and public facilities can be reached within 10 minutes drive.

Wellington is a historic town, with one of the most famous high schools in South Africa and a department of the University of Stellenbosch. It is famous for the nursery of special vines.

Paarl is only 10 minutes, Franschhoek and Stellenbosch 30 minutes away. Cape Town International Airport can be reached in approx. 50 minutes.
