What can you win?

If you are the lucky owner of the winning ticket you get:

1. THE VILLA as described under "The Villa" and "Inventory List", thus a luxury villa, completely furnished for 6 persons, with swimming pool. All taxes and fees, such as e.g.notary fees, transfer fees, local taxes until the date of transfer, and gaming tax, arising from the transfer of the villa to the winner shall be borne by the present owner.  
    
2. TWO RETURN TICKETS Economy Class from a major European airport (Amsterdam, Brussels, Frankfurt, London) to Cape Town.
    
3. ONE WEEK STAY in half board (breakfast and dinner) for the winner and his or her partner, in:
   (a) the 4* B & B “Ons Genot Country Lodge” in Stellenbosch, www.onsgenot.com or
   (b) a beautiful cottage on the estate "Mooi Bly" in Paarl www.mooibly.com
   
   During this stay, all official documents will be prepared and the transfer of the property in the name of the winner shall take place.
